My Overall Favorites ❤️

Zapier

Route leads, meetings, and accounts. Automate meeting scheduling and build AI workflows across your entire stack.

Knak
No-code email and landing page creation. Make campaign creation fast and easy with brand guardrails built in.

Clay
Go to market with unique data and the ability to act on it. Bring AI agents, enrichment, and intent data together.
1. Zapier
I've been working with Zapier since 2016 and love it. It's so easy to use, which means I can set up integrations super quickly...this is key for my role in RevOps. Their AI capabilities are growing quickly as well, with MCP and Agents...check those out too! It's a lot easier to leverage their 8,000+ integrations than to build your own, even with AI.

Default is my go-to lead routing tool, but it's much more than that. It can route just about anything, from product users via API to custom objects in your CRM. It also has AI, which you can use to qualify or fill in data in these workflows! Most importantly, it's easy to use and set up. I highly recommend it, especially for lean teams in the B2B2C or PLG space.
Try it for free▶3. Knak
If I worked in mid market or enterprise SaaS, I would hands down spend the money on Knak. Hands. down. Why? Because I don't love spending all day editing emails or spending time on campaign ops. Knak is a tool I can set up easily, have guard rails in place, and then let marketers set up, tweak, even send their own emails. YMMV on the sending part, but it's HUGE to not have to manually make every tweak via a Jira ticket. We're talking hours and hours and hours saved! Not to mention the headaches you can avoid. Anyways, if you have campaign ops (emails, landing pages) in your org, I highly recommend checking them out.

Clay is my favorite data tool – once you get the hang of it, it's so easy to plug and play whichever enrichment vendor (or vendors – you can set up custom waterfalls) fit each scenario best. Their AI capabilities are awesome too. They're continuing to build more and more functionality too!

LeadMagic is my favorite email validation tool; I've found their data to be the most accurate, which is especially impressive in this world of super high employee/employer churn.

After testing with many data providers, Wiza has quickly become my favorite tool for B2B contacts...especially when I'm focused on getting LinkedIn URL, professional email address, or phone number. No data provider is perfect, but they are doing something right with their AI!

Instead of starting with (and wasting money advertising to) everyone, you can focus on those engaging through your site, ads, CRM, and target accounts. Spend your budget targeting your exact ICP VIP contacts across ad platforms -- without wasting money "targeting" the entire company. Then, use Vector's Bid Agent to leverage AI for the smartest ad bidding, getting the biggest bang for your buck. Vector is a smarter way to prioritize your advertising spend.

Knak
No-code email and landing page creation. Make campaign creation fast and easy with brand guardrails built in.
1. Instantly
Instantly is my favorite sales outreach tool. It's easy to set up, focused on managing email sending reputation (HUGE in the email space, especially for cold sales emails), and I've seen great results (50%+ open rate) while using it for targeted campaigns (think: always-on intent nurture).

1. HubSpot Marketing Hub
HubSpot Marketing Hub is comprehensive marketing automation software that helps you attract the right audience, convert visitors into customers, and run campaigns at scale. While HubSpot used to be strictly SMB, they’ve done a great job building upon the base product and moving into the enterprise space. I’m a big believer in their future.

Marketo Engage powers sophisticated B2B marketing programs across email, web, and lifecycle automation. Built for advanced segmentation, multi-step nurtures, and deep CRM alignment, it supports complex GTM motions at enterprise scale. I love Marketo, it’s still one of the strongest MAPs out there – I just wish Adobe would prioritize updating it a bit more. 😞

1. HubSpot CRM

HeyReach
10x your LinkedIn outbound with unlimited senders at one fixed cost. For agencies, sales teams, and GTM experts who want to automate LinkedIn outreach.
1. HeyReach
HeyReach is probably the only vendor I've heard of that hasn't had any users banned or limited, even on the fussiest social media platforms....for targeted, automated outreach, it's amazing. I highly recommend for PLG use cases, like sending a welcome note when someone signs up for a free trial!

Botdog is a newcomer in the space, but is a great tool if you’re looking for an alternative to HeyReach. The UI is sleek, it’s easy to use, and has that nice founder-led feel of being very focused on value.

1. Goldcast
Goldcast is purpose-built for B2B events, webinars, and video content with strong branding, engagement, and analytics. It turns events into a scalable content engine that supports pipeline, attribution, and sales follow-up. My favorite part about Goldcast is its on-demand video editor – it’s probably the sleekest experience I’ve encountered in the B2B webinar space. 👏
Explore Goldcast▶2. Zoom
Zoom provides a reliable platform for meetings, webinars, and virtual events with minimal setup and broad accessibility. It’s hard to beat Zoom, everyone got extremely fast “enablement” on it during COVID…if I couldn’t go with Goldcast, I’d check out Zoom.
Visit Zoom▶Attribution
1. Dreamdata
Dreamdata connects every marketing touchpoint to pipeline and revenue using multi-touch attribution. IMO, Dreamdata sits in the middle, between Hockeystack and Calibermind – in my experience, Hockeystack is more limited, whereas Calibermind is highly customizable but also can be too complex for some teams. For this reason, I tend to recommend Dreamdata over the other solutions.

Hockeystack combines attribution, analytics, and reporting to show the full customer journey. It’s a great tool, and I’m excited to see what else they cook up!
Explore Hockeystack▶3. CaliberMind
CaliberMind ties marketing engagement directly to sales outcomes with multi-touch attribution. Calibermind is the most sophisticated of the attribution tools, looking to basically help you replace a data science team. For this reason, I’d recommend CaliberMind for well-staffed, larger companies.

DemandTools provides utilities for deduplication, normalization, and ongoing CRM data maintenance. DemandTools specializes in Salesforce CRM, and it is VERY good at that – the best in class, IMO.
